FAQs

Questions, answered.

How do I arrange my first appointment?

Contact Victoria directly using the website enquiry form or by email. She will respond personally, answer any initial questions and arrange the appointment with you.

Where do I complete the skincare questionnaire?

Once your first appointment has been arranged, Victoria will send you a private link to the questionnaire. It is not a public form on the website.

What happens before my first appointment?

Complete the questionnaire before your visit so Victoria can review your answers in advance.

What happens during the first appointment?

Victoria will discuss your questionnaire, skin concerns, priorities and current routine with you. She will then select and adapt a personalised facial treatment according to what your skin needs that day.

Do I need to choose a treatment?

No. New clients do not need to diagnose their skin or select a technical treatment. Victoria will recommend and adapt the most appropriate approach following your consultation.

Where does the appointment take place?

Appointments take place in Victoria’s private home treatment space in Leigh-on-Sea. The full address and arrival information are shared securely when an appointment is booked.

Is this a salon or a home treatment space?

It is a calm, private treatment space within Victoria’s home, professionally prepared as a dedicated treatment environment for each appointment. Visits are by appointment only.

Is parking available?

Plenty of parking is easily available nearby.

Are there any accessibility considerations?

Because appointments take place in a private home setting, please contact Victoria before booking if you have any mobility, access or other practical requirements. She will be happy to explain the layout and discuss whether the treatment space will be suitable for you.

How should I prepare?

Please mention your current skincare products, sensitivities and any relevant conditions in your skincare questionnaire.

What should I expect after treatment?

Victoria will discuss what to expect and provide practical aftercare guidance for the treatment selected.

Will I be expected to buy products?

There is no expectation to buy unnecessary products. Where useful, Victoria can recommend a simple homecare routine based on your skin, priorities and budget. Products are personally recommended and supplied by Victoria.

How often might I return?

Appropriate regular appointments can support your skin over time. The timing is discussed individually, rather than following a fixed schedule for everyone.

Can Victoria help with pigmentation or visible ageing?

Victoria offers personalised, non-invasive care designed to improve the appearance of uneven tone, pigmentation and visible signs of ageing. Treatment is selected according to your skin; results vary and are not guaranteed.

What if I have sensitive skin or a diagnosed condition?

Please tell Victoria about sensitivities, allergies, medication and diagnosed skin conditions before treatment. A consultation, and medical advice where appropriate, may be needed before suitability can be confirmed. This website does not provide medical suitability advice.

Is there downtime?

What to expect depends on your skin and the treatment selected. Victoria will discuss potential reactions and aftercare before proceeding.

How do I cancel or rearrange?

Please contact Victoria as early as possible. At least 48 hours’ notice is requested; shorter-notice cancellations may incur a 50% charge and missed appointments may be charged in full. Unforeseen circumstances will be approached with understanding.

What happens if I am late?

If you expect to arrive late, please contact Victoria as soon as possible.
