New Client Skin Consultation & Personalised Facial
£120 · 1 hour 20 minutes
Every new client begins by contacting Victoria to arrange their first appointment. She will respond personally, answer any initial questions and confirm the appointment with you.
Once arranged, Victoria will send you a link to a short skincare questionnaire. Complete it before your visit so she can review your answers in advance.
At your appointment, Victoria will talk through your questionnaire, skin concerns, priorities and current routine with you. She will then select and adapt a personalised facial treatment according to what your skin needs on the day.
Your appointment includes aftercare, appropriate homecare guidance and recommendations for future care.
You do not need to diagnose your own skin or choose a technical treatment before arriving.
