We keep appointment times protected for you, so we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Cancelling or rearranging
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the appointment price. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
Victoria understands that unforeseen circumstances arise and will always approach individual circumstances with understanding.
Managing your appointment
New clients contact Victoria directly to arrange their first appointment. Once the appointment has been confirmed, Victoria will send a private link to the skincare questionnaire.
Returning clients should contact Victoria to arrange their next recommended treatment. To rearrange or cancel an appointment, please contact Victoria directly using the website enquiry form or by email.
